Designed a financial dashboard from the ground up to help wealth management teams streamline daily operations, improve internal collaboration, and reduce reliance on fragmented communication methods like email. The platform delivered real-time performance insights at both individual and team levels, integrated with external data sources, and surfaced key feedback to both internal staff and clients.
This project involved working with sensitive financial data, requiring careful attention to safety and compliance. I partnered closely with company leadership to ensure the platform aligned with business goals and supported their vision for internal communication and operational flow. After the initial project, I helped them build and hire a design team to grown the department.
