I joined one other designer for a massive refactor of a national gas logistics platform, unifying fragmented workflows previously spread across 9 internal teams and multiple legacy systems. The project began with consolidating a global network of hardware devices and third-party integrations into a single, streamlined product with consistent patterns, tools, and UI.
I helped standardize core workflows into repeatable, intuitive processes that concealed organizational silos from end users, resulting in a seamless experience. I co-led a distributed team of 8 designers across 4 countries and played a key role in refining the design-to-development process. Additionally, I created a custom design system tailored to the brand and industry, improving usability and visual cohesion.
