Brought in as the sole designer at a cybersecurity company developing a unique, first-of-its-kind platform to assess the likelihood of fraud in online transactions—without any direct competitor patterns to reference. I led a full design overhaul using a visual refresh from a branding agency, while also serving as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and the engineering team.
Working closely with the product manager, I was assigned tickets directly, completed design solutions, and handed them off to the engineering team. I also supported the QA process post-implementation to ensure visual and functional accuracy. After the initial refactor, I continued to support the growing product by designing new features as the company scaled its client base.
