Refactored an operations and compliance management software for financial firms navigating strict regulations. Collaborating closely with developers via Jira, I streamlined an engineer-built system—previously valued but clunky—into an intuitive web application, improving training, feature discoverability, and user experience.
Using the existing brand, I refreshed the public-facing website to drive sales, resulting in a significant conversion increase. By aligning with developers on daily tasks and testing, I met high-level stakeholder goals and satisfied high-value clients.
